Refund and Return Policy

There are no guarantees on hatching eggs. Eggs are shipped in custom fit styrofoam shippers to ensure there is minimal movement inside the box during shipping. We do guarantee eggs are fresh and have been fertilized, but due to many factors outside out control, we do not offer any refunds. 

No refunds to exchanges on live birds. Please contact us by email within 24 hours for issues with live bird delivery and include photos. Ensure the correct address and phone number is given as the bird will be held at the post office for pick-up.
